Hello,
In Ecodial, I can choose "uniform or non-uniform" distribution for the busbar. Regarding the electrical parameters: what do they represent? In which point of the installation??? Think if there is a 100m length busbar having 15 tap offs - uniform distribution! In the attached example, the bus length is shorter!!!

Hello,
Thanks for reaching us in the EPD Forum.
In case of the ‘Uniform Distribution BTS,’ the application considers the ‘equal distribution’ of the tap offs for the given length.
On the other hand, at the ‘Non-Uniform Distribution BTS,’ the application demands the user to define the ‘distance at which each tap-off’ connected to the BTS.
In the given example as the length of the BTS is as small as 9 meters and considering as a ‘uniform BTS’... Are there any practical difficulties?
Kindly please come back.
Regards,
Team – Ecodial Expert Support.

Scenario Discussion:
For the case of ‘uniform or non-uniform’ busways.
In a practical situation of the ‘feeder/load circuit connected at the tap-off; it is not required to have the possibility to define ‘number of identical circuits.’
This does not make sense, that all ‘the number of circuits are either not distributed or not practically connected to the same point.
Conclusion:
The same is communicated to the product development team and considered under backlog for prioritization. Once the improvement is done and the same will be communicated.
