Error when calculating project

Hi,

I am using Ecodial 4.9.7 version.

When I press on Calculate button the error message "Error: Object reference not set  to an instance of an object" appear.

Is there any solution to this error.

Thanks,

Hello,

Thanks for the given time in analysing the ‘reported situation.’

The product development team has come up with a workaround for the situation that you have faced.

Suggestion/workaround:

Kindly please remove “the source circuit” and redefine the same again.

Doing this action; we can complete the calculation of the project without the ERROR message.

The modified project file is also enclosed here for your reference.

Cause:

This may be an issue of compatibility, derived from an old version. The further analysis and the fix are planned from the product development team.

Thanks,

Regards, Team - Ecodial Expert Support.

Hi.  I'm having the same error message, but it isn't being resolved by removing and redefining the source object.  I have also tried changing the source object.  I downloaded the software today, so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.  Any other suggestions?

Thanks
