recover account portal licenses

Hello,

there is any way to recover DCE licenses registered with an unknown account?where I can send a request to transfer assets from that account?or to find email address used for registration

Hello @Gabi,

You can reach out to your local technical support for assistance.  They can take your MAC address and may possibly need the Serial number of your appliance as well to locate the licensing.

NOTE:  If your system is crashed, you may need to locate the information in other ways, such was within VMware directly, or physically on a DCE physical appliance.
