• DCIM Licenses: Do you offer subscriptions or only permanent licenses?
• DCIM Architecture: Is it possible to implement a redundant DCIM architecture? If so, what would be the approximate percentage of additional costs?
• Maintenance Contract: Do you offer a maintenance contract?
• User Profile Management: How do you manage user profiles? Do you have predefined profile types, or can specific permissions be defined for each profile?
• Log Forwarding: Is it possible to forward logs to a SIEM?
• DCIM Operations Training: Could you please send us your training offer, specifying the program, duration, and whether the training is conducted on a dedicated platform or on-site?
