Case 114393296. upgraded firmware on 23 of 24 units, no problems. The 24th unit gives us this error and we cannot login;
Do I simply reset card to factory default?

Hello @danmcbride,
That message likely indicates that the firmware upgrade partially completed, but failed somewhere during the process. It is recommended that you reach out to the NMC technical support team to troubleshoot the failure and recover the appliance. A factory reset likely will not resolve this issue as the correct firmware (application file) will need to be put on it for it to be able to communicate with the UPS.
