I work for a company that remotely manages the UPS devices for about 50 clients currently.
We use the Smart-UPS Dashboard and we have issues with the warranty status updating even though we purchased the warranties and have activated with the information given. We are also having issues with the battery replacement status not updating.
My main issue is that none of the "Support" links from the SmartUPS Dashboard work. Neither the "Chat, Email, nor Call" links work - one goes to a maintenance page, one goes to an error page, and the "Call" goes to a page with no number to get in touch with anyone who can seem to help. I've called support several times and just sat on the phone for hours and never talked to anyone because no one every answers.
My main problem is how to get in touch with someone for support for the Dashboard issue.
Any assistance appreciated.
