Hi,
In a dcim project our client wants to receive snmp traps from DCE Server 7.9.0 to their "Netboss XT" NOC snmp trap Server.
Now for this integration to happen, our client is requesting for MIB files for DCE Server to configure in their Netboss trap server.
We have the below devices communicating to DCE:
1) Netbotz-250
2) Netbotz-750
3) Rack PDU AP8853
4) UPS (third party from CE+T power T4S)
5) power meters added using EGX150POE gateway- Third party from SELEC, VERITEK & Socomec.
I had created an snmp trap notification as alarm action.
Please advise if we have to send them individual Mib files for all above devices or if we have a single mib file for DCE server?
And if there is a single mib file for DCE Server, from where can I download it.
Kindly advise how we can have an effective snmp trap notification from DCE Server to Netbotss trap server.
Thanks & Regards
Shemil

I would recommend that you use the Network Management Integration option instead https://dcimsupport.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038794634-Network-Management-System-Integ...
When using NMS integration when DCE gets an alarm, DCE will send 1 trap when the alarm occurs and 1 trap when it clears with a unique trap id for each severity level (information, warning, critical, error, and failure). This uses the powernet mib which can be downloaded from here https://www.se.com/us/en/download/document/APC_POWERNETMIB_441_EN/
we also have a kbase about it here https://www.se.com/ww/en/faqs/FA231439/
When using the "send trap" alarm action, DCE uses the netbotz mib, we have a kbase that show the trap info here https://www.se.com/ww/en/faqs/FA236815/
