I have a bunch of PDUs and UPSs connected to DCE via SNMPv1. In SNMPv1 I am able to set the community strings to Public/private and Read/Write or Read Only. I do not have these options on SNMPv3, how do I set these options on SNMPv3 whether its through the APC CLI or the EcoStruxure DCE?
