Rack Monitor NetBotz 250 : Dagerous Goods Transportation Regulation

Hello,

I am currently working on the selection process of the NetBotz Rack Monitor 250 and I need to see if the product is compliant to the following requirements I have to fulfil:

1. Is the Rack Monitor NetBotz declared as Dangerous goods by International Transport Regulations ?
2. If the Rack Monitor NetBotz 250 declared as Dangerous goods by International Transport Regulations, it shall provide dangerous goods instructions with at least the following information: 
   1. The transportation class;
   2. The UN-number;
   3. The weight of hazardous substance.

Would it be possible to get such information ?

For both points,, in which documentation may I find the information ?
