Phase Synce State " Out of Sync"

Hello All,

I'm trying to figure out why one of our APC units:

Model: AP4453

Is showing :

On our  EcoStruxure IT Gateway ,  the APC is responding to pings.

Hi @Batteryman24,

The values displayed within ITE are values that are being polled from the device via SNMP.
