We have integrarted new third-party environmental sensor (BKT Elektronik), we can able to fetch device using SNMP in DCE, but we are not receive warning or critical alerts on DCE.
Please let us know if we need to import and MIB file to receive alert

Hello @irshadameen,
Third party devices require the creation of thresholds within DCE to cause alerts. Alerts from the device will not be seen in DCE, only sensor data points that are programmed into the DDF will be seen. You can see what sensor data points are available for the device in DCE by going into the Monitoring perspective, and then right-clicking on the device in device view and selecting View Device Sensors.

After creating thresholds, you will need to add them to a notification policy if you would like to be alerted on alarm conditions:
