No recorded camera clips from: Netbotz 750 to DCE 7.9.0

Hi Guys,

We've noticed lately that the retrieve clips doesn't work, the last clip i can retrieve is from february.
I've looked at the firewall for any Deny of any sort but so far, nothing

In DCE, i keep getting an error in the logs and I was wondering if you could light me up on this :
5/17/22 12:57:14.839 ERRR - Error getting last clip time for camera (nbRestCamera_373E15A1)
(com.schneider_electric.dce.services.restbot.impl.RestBotServiceImpl)

Netbotz on version 5.3.0.69, should we go back to the latest version before (firmware version 5.2.4)? Would it impact something else if we do that?

I see my camera on live in DCE but no record, we tried to reboot the netbotz and we've unlinked the camera and relinked to the DCE but now i've just erased the clip from february and still can't get any clip

I faced exactly the same problem in Mars.

After some time, the Netboz UI were not working.

A SE technical team helped me. He reboots the netboz..it took a full day in end of April.

The 1st june i noticed that the camera are not loading anymore...so no more recording...

All this issue starts after the update of January. I don't know what is happening with APC netboz but i really don't trust it anymore now...
