NETBOTZ 570 communication issue

I have installed 570 rack monitor, connected with sensor pod 150, Sensor are connected AP9335TH , AP0302. When we connect the Rack monitor through Advance view it does not show any sensor or sensor pod 150. current version of botzware is 4.6.1.

Does your sensor pod 150 have an A-Link terminator on your A-link OUT port? This may affect communications. Do check and confirm.

A-link terminator is installed. Rack monitor is also not showing the sensor,which are connect with it. Sensor pod is also not shows.
