IT DCE installation on Hyper-V

Hello All,

I have what feels like a basic question but there's so little documentation for hyper-v deployment I figured I'd ask. 

When installing APC IT Data Center Expert, it should be installed on the vm correct? and then the hostname that it asks for when logging in should be that of its hyper-v host? 

I've seen that the login info should be default, but that doesnt seem to work. It would make sense that the username/password would be the same as the windows username and password but ive been unsuccessful with both. 

Any and all help is appreciated

Solved my problem. I was launching the VM with a windows server ISO instead of allowing the native ISO on the VHDX to do its job. Once I re-created the VM without the windows server ISO everything worked smoothly.
