@Anonymous user,
You will need to purchase a replacement hard drive of similar size, speed, and type if the hard drive has failed. You will then need to install it. You can reach out to your local technical support for software support contract verification and to receive the restore ISO to bring your server back to a 6.2 state. You can then restore your backup on it once you have the new hard drive and version 6.2 installed.
Please keep in mind that version 6.2 is extremely outdated and should be upgraded to the newest version. You will need to go through a series of upgrades to come up-to-date. You need to obtain these upgrade files from your local technical support. Instructions on upgrading can be found within the Complete Upgrade Process Guide.
Due to the age of the appliance it is HIGHLY recommended to purchase a new physical server or purchase a virtual machine DCE solution (license keys from physical can migrate). Reach out to your local sales channel for for details on this. If you have a VMware environment, you can trial the DCE virtual appliance. Instructions on setting up the Virtual Appliance can be found in the Data Center Expert Getting Started knowledge base.
Regards,
Cory

Dear Cory
Thanks for your advice
Unfortunately we don't have access to that local support to get the hard image.
I wonder if you can give me any advice to get the hard image from any other sources rather than local support
Regards
Mojtaba

@Anonymous user,
The download for the ISO is not publicly available. Local support needs to perform the software support verification for you to be able to receive the links.

Just a side note to Cory's post. If you do get a new server, you'll want to manually rebuild the system with the version that comes pre-installed...probably 7.8. If you try to install 6.2.0 on a new server, you will likely run into issues with network card drivers that can not be updated. The older version of DCE like what you have is not compatible with newer hardware.
