Hi, we need to have your opinion to help me to resolve our problem.
We are Max 3 Clients connected on our DCE server.
(Important to know: we are connected in the same office where the server run)
Frequently, the server is hanging / not responding.
We have DCE rev 7.8.0.47, Virtual Appliance.
VMware ESXI Server revision is 6.7.0, 17167734.
We have 662 devices connected on DCE.
We have 4 Cameras (Frame rate setting is 2 FPS).
Server VM Config tested:
We tried from 2 CPU to 6 CPU.
We tried from 2 gig to 6 gig.
(The problem is still there)
If we look the StatReport, from VMware (STHA99311 is the name of our DCE)
CPU usage is around between 15 to 30%.
Peak Memory, Max peak (When the backup start at 2:00 am) = 75% duration around 4 min it's ok for this point.
But one thing, we see on graph about Memory / Workload (%) ... the value = 100% all time ... is it normal ?
No CPU Contention.
You will see a JPG file about WM Stat.
Let me know if you need more information to help us.

Hi MicBerthia,
The three things I'd look at are the PC, the network and the storage.
Are you on the same subnet as as the DCE server, is there firewalls or routers in the way that could be impacting performance?
On one of the "slow" clients how does the DCE's web interface preform when compared to the full client?
What type of storage is the DCE running on, it tends to be quite IOPS and bandwidth heavy, is the storage congested?
