I do not believe it is possile out of box, but the export jobs are built on the pentaho kettle platform which means someone with the skills to edit these ETL jobs may be able to programmatically add such a communication to the job.

 

Assuming you do not want to try to edit these jobs yourself, we can log this request if you wish as a future feature request for IT Advisor, or we can place you in contact with our custom projects team to help you complete a custom services engagement to add a feature for you.

 

I should note, there are REST api calls you can make to check the status of an ETL job. While this doesn't automatically email you or execute an api call when the ETL job completes, it would provide a method for you to use your own monitoring agent to poll the status of the ETL task(s) to see when it completes youself.
