Hi, I just subscribed to the "EcoStruxure IT Entitlements" but right after I complete the registration, a window opens saying "Please contact Customer Support for assistance"
what do I supposed to do? I am trying to download a .iso to install DCE in Windows server.
That error messages indicates that technical support has not registered your account within our system. You'll need to connect with them to ensure that you are properly set up.
