Hi All
Customer is having an issue while he is trying to open Dco Client for the first time.
It seems that connection between Server and Pc cannot import all the files inside C:\Program Files\StruxureWare Data Center Operation 8.3.2\application\dropins
Dco Client stuck on Synchronizing
the only way is copy the folder from another Pc
do you know why?

Hi Gianluca,
It seems the windows user have already administrator rights (since user was able to copy files to dropins folder from another machine), so it may not be related to user rights.
Then I think it might be network related - when desktop client starts, it downloads many files from the server. To make the download efficient the client as a default creates multiple connections to the server, and downloads up to 10 files simultaneously. Maybe for some reason the network do/did not allow 10 connections from this client to the server.
So your work-around seems to be good, eg. to copy the dropins folder from the working machine to the one that experiences the issue.
