We are installing a Data Center Expert hardware appliance. I need to know the configuration settings for the NIC cards. We need to use both for redundancy. How are they configured for teaming?

Dear @cparishjr,
Such network redundancy is not provided, as the purpose of the two network interfaces in the appliance is different. The Gb1 interface is intended for the public network, and the Gb2 interface is for the private network where your infrastructure devices are located, access to which should be as limited and secure as possible.
You can read more about it in StruxureWare
Data Center Expert Installation Manua on page 7 in the Communication Connection section.

That is a very bad design. Any device that is in a data center should have redundant connections.

Hello,
buy virtual machine version and you can choose any type of redundancy by yourself
lack of redundancy network port on appliance is the smallest issue compared with a failure of the appliance itself(hardware or software)
