Hi DCO support team,
Today I tried to update the DCO server from version 8.2.7 to the new version 8.3.2. I followed all the steps according the documentation. The ISO file was selected, the SHA256 was written and both options “no third-party RPMs” and “Do not download packages from the internet” were selected. After some minutes the server finished the upgrade, but it never changes the server version. it showed a message " the upgrade process did not result in a new version of dco". Attached you can find a picture with some lines during the upgrade and also the log file was downloaded. (please share the box to upload the log file)
please your support to provide advises how to update the server to the last version.
regards
Luis Lopez - SE FSR from CR

Hi Luis,
It seems your sever doesn't have access to Internet (to download required packages). Upgrading to 8.3.2 requires server being able to access the Internet, otherwise it will not start the upgrade process.
You might want to consider the following options:
a) if possible let the DCO server have Internet access, or
b) make a clean installation of 8.3.2 and then restore the latest backup file (from 8.2.7)
Kind regards
