DCE backup error with window 10

Hi,

I have tried to take the DCE backup on Window 10 at different sites. But it gives the  unmount error every time on each site. Is it some special setting in window 10 to take the  backup of DCE? I am trying it on laptops/workstations which are not domain. 

I have taken the DCE backup many time on window 7  every time successful.

your quick guidance is required.
