DCE VM error in Oracle Virtual Platform

Hi Experts,

We have DCE, and DCO in project.

Customer provided Oracle Virtual Box as Virtual Environment.

IT Advisor is successfully installed, but DCE got error when install in this environment.

Appreciate your help.

Hello @Ninh_NV,

Thank you. 

Yeah, quite weird, this project we have both DCE and IT Advisor.

While ITA can be installed no issue with Orcale, but DCE cannot.

Till now i have no idea to how to explain to customer 🙂
