When the DCE is rebooted, we are receiving alarm notification and would like to update the recipients list but couldn't find the recipients in any of the Manage Alarm Actions list.
Please let us know how we can modify the alarm notification recipients.

Hello,
These are considered as DCE administrative alerts, they are sent to any user that is a DCE administrator and has an email address associated with their local user account or AD/LDAP user account.
We have a kbase regarding this here
https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA358902/
If they are local admin users and you do not want them to receive these alerts, you can edit their user account and remove the associated email address. I do not believe it is possible to change this for LDAP/AD users.
