I have configured SNMP traps from DCE with Netcool and the traps are not being sent to Netcool.
I would like to know if there is any logs that can shed information about the traps being sent to Netcool.

Hello @STCTelco,
I do not believe that there are any logs that indicate what alarm actions were sent, or what NMS System Integration traps were sent.
I have not come across any issues with Data Center Expert not sending traps using the NMS System Integration option.
If you are using the Alarm Action for sending an SNMP Trap, it may be possible that a configuration adjustment many need to be done to your notification policy. You can often test this by putting an immediate email action in the same policy to see if the email comes through then the trap should as well if it is in the same notification policy and each have no delays or restrictions based on severity/time.
Just a note that there are two ways to send traps from Data Center Expert, each utilizes a different MIB which have different syntax. For details on the two different ways that Dat Center Expert sends traps and how to interpret them see: https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FA231439/
If you are not seeing any traps hitting your NMS system, it may require verification using a packet capture to ensure that the traps are leaving the server. This can often be done using a switch and then analyzing what SNMP information is leaving the server.
