Hi,
We have successfully authenticated and connected to the REST API for DCE, but are getting access denied messages from the server once we attempt a get from our destination application's API integration tools (ServiceNow). All permissions for the user account itself seem to check out as other API tools are able to query and get back data with no issues using these credentials. Anyone have a similar experience?
Thank you.

Hello @mvosganian,
Does ServiceNow log the actual query that is being used to attempt to authenticate with the server? This may be a good place to start and compare it to the other calls that you are performing that are working. I suspect that ServiceNow may be formatting something slightly differently than the other systems which is causing the issue.
Kind Regards,
Cory

Hello @mvosganian,
In additional to my previous reply, I was also able to find the following ServiceNow developer article that may be able to guide you to more insights from the ServiceNow side: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/outbound-http-logging/
