Hi Eitan,
When you say you have a new SSL certificate is that on your DCE server or you AD server?

Have you confirmed that your AD server is working correctly with the new config?
Can you confirm that the name of the SSL certificate has not changed from the previous?
Can you also confirm if you have imported the new certificate into the DCE's trusted store?

The AD server is working correctly with the new config.
The name of the SSL certificate was changed. I deleted the old one.
How do I import the certificate?

By name on the cert I mean the common name (CN) attribute.
If the CN does not match the DNS name then the DCE will not accept the cert.
To import the certificate go:
DCE Client >> System >> Server Administration Settings >> Server SSL Certificates
I recommend you import the certificate for both the AD server and the CA that signed it.

I don't really know how to check the CN.
And also I did import the certificate

Did you import the AD servers SSL as well, you'll have to reboot the server afterwards.
