The server has version 7.2
When I want to go to the backup section, the messages shown in the attached images are displayed. Therefore, I can no longer go to the backup section, and as a result, I cannot create a backup copy. Please provide a solution for the problem.

If you still require assistance with this issue, please reach out to technical support.
When reaching out to technical support for errors like these, please provide the server log files. You will also need to provide the client log files (Default: C:\Users\USERNAME\.isxc\clientversion\metadata\.log)
Also, if you are still running version 7.2, it is highly recommended to get up to the most recent version of DCE. You can reach out to technical support to verify your software support and gain access to the upgrade files if you do not already have access.
