Cannot update battery install date or predicted replacement date
Hi, I cannot update date for batteries on my srt5krmxlt. The battery date is incorrectly displaying that they were installed in 2001 however the batteries were installed in 2024. The anticipated battery date also incorrectly shows as 2001. I have tried editing on the nmc gui which failed due to the date. I have also downloaded the ini file and attempted to change there. The ups will accept the ini file upload and after reboot the incorrect date still displays. I have also reset the nmc to default and issue still persists. I have also reinstalled batteries and entered date but the nmc does not reflect the change
