Camera 165 recording issue in DCE
Hi Support team,
We have installed the 9 NBRK0750 and 9 NBPD165 at one of our client site. Initially, all cameras recording clips were available in DCE. Camera are directly connected to NetBotz 750. By looking into DCE it shows Cameras are active.
However, a few cameras recording clips are not retrieving from DCE.
DCE : AP9465 for Server Build: 7.7.1.
Surveillance configuration: 10 or 5frames per second.
I recommend upgrading the NetBotz Appliance firmware up to 5.3.5 (most recent available as of writing this post) and Data Center Expert up to 8.1.1 (most recent available as of writing this reply).
