Battery near end of life. Order replacement battery

Out UPS reportes "Battery near end of life. Order replacement battery" per email.

First every 2 minute. After 500 Mails I could change it to every 2 hours.

But I will uses this set of batterie for additional 6 months.

How can I stop this message for the next 4 months?

Isn't this message related to the installation date of the battery? Change that date. Or change the Battery Health Alarm Warning Time

I changed the Battery Install Date last week.

And set the notification E-Mail to 10h. Much more is not possible.

Now I get every day two Mail.

Any other idea?

No i don't have other options. You can try setting the battery health alarm warning time to -1 (no notification warning)

Maybe you can change options like repeat to "no" and if it is possible something else then "until cleared"

But something else. Have you noticed this:

CAUTION:Continued operation after end of useful life notification may cause damage to the batteries.• Recycling: Remove the RBC from the XLBP. Recycle the RBC. Do not disassemble an RBC.

So maybe it is not a good idea working with outdated batteries for 6 months

Hi

The message "near end of life" begins 6 month before end of life.

So I know that I need new batteries. But I need a reminder in 4-6 months.

I can disable this notification.

But then I forget the batterie change and to enable of this message.
