Netbotz 750 - will not send email alerts, but test mail is sending.

Hi there, 

We are experiencing an issue with Netbotz 750 sending email alerts. For context, we have setup Netbotz 750 setup in 3 different office locations. These are being used to monitor humidity and temperature in the server room of each site. 

We have configured SMTP on all systems, and test mails are sending perfectly fine across all 3 locations. However for one location, it will not send any email alerts when the temperature exceeds it's parameters, or the sensor is unplugged. 
All 3 systems have been configured identically, and all will send test mail. But one will not. I have checked the Netbotz console portal itself and all configuration settings are the same. So we are struggling to understand why this is not alerting.

What do the logs indicate when you unplug a sensor?!? Have you tried another SMTP Server / email alias?!?
