NetBotz 755 - Display Status

Hi, I have an NetBotz 755, but the device, only show in LCD "visor" 50% Rh and don't show temperature.

When I restart device, working ok and show Humidity and temperature.

Please, somebody can I help me?

This should not be normal operation and there is no configuration around what displays on the screen.  I would recommend reaching out to technical support to look further into this matter.
