How to configure who gets reports

How does an admin on an EcoStruxure IT account control who gets the monthly reports for EAA?

Hi @Shalonne,

The page states that the monthly report is sent to the customer's preferred partner.

Administrator users in the organization have access to the reports on the Reports > Asset Advisor tab.

It's not clear whether other users have access to this tab based on their user and user group permissions. I'll look into it, will let you know, and will add it to the documentation in the help center.

Hi @JLehr Cory reached out to me via Teams and asked me to find out from the EAA team. Their answer was that the report goes to all the contacts on the account unless there's a partner added to the account. If there's a partner, then the reports go to the partner. Currently, there's no way for an admin on an account that doesn't have a partner to pick and choose who gets the report so this improvement request has been entered.
