AP9644 Firmware

Can I update the AP9644 firmware via Data Center Expert?  If I have just the DCE license, can I still download the firmware catalog?  Thanks!

Hello @pyoung,

NMC4 firmware update via Data Center Expert is not available at this time.  You would need to contact the respective technical support team for the product that the NMC is installed in to discuss firmware options / upgrade.

The firmware catalog file that contains secure NMC related firmware (NMC3) is available to customers with an active contract or subscription through the EcoStruxure IT Entitlements Portal or by contacting technical support for assistance.  The firmware catalog file does not contain NMC4 firmware, as DCE does not support it at this time.
