The DCE connection to EcoStruxure IT will be disabled in late November 2022

The date to disable the DCE connection to EcoStruxure IT has been extended to November 2022.

No new DCE connections to EcoStruxure IT have been allowed since November 30, 2020

This applies to all DCE versions that support EcoStruxure IT.

The connection to EcoStruxure IT from DCE was an interim solution until the Gateway was fully functional.

If you registered your DCE server with EcoStruxure IT before November 30, 2020, you can continue to use that existing connection to EcoStruxure IT until November 2022.

If you try to register a DCE server on or after November 30, 2020, you'll see an error message and a link to help you get started with EcoStruxure IT Gateway.

You can easily migrate to EcoStruxure IT Gateway without onsite support.
