When data center professionals from all over the world want to connect and exchange knowledge, they come to the EcoStruxure IT Community Forum. The Forum, which includes the Help Center, is the one place where a wide range of customers and partners discover the information they need. And it has become very popular, especially in the last 16 months.
Ericka Tavares, EcoStruxure IT Product Marketing Manager, set out to find out the reasons for the increased popularity. In this blog, she interviews Jacqueline Lehr, who keeps all the activity on the Forum humming as EcoStruxure IT's Senior Global Technical Communications Manager.
