Upgrader the version 1.9 to 3.2 in ASP

Hello community SE, I need your help, I wanted realice an upgrade of the version in ASP that have the version 1.9, I wanted pass it to version 3.2, I know, I need to use the device administrator for make those upgrade, but I want to know if can realice it the another form or if exist another form for realice it this process or  somebody have been make it and have been fault it in the process, please help me
