I am a newbie, please help!
When running the water lamp program (local test) in the training camp, the simulation can be started, but the device cannot be logged in

Hi,
According to your screenshot, it look like that you're in 'local test' network profile but it seems that the simulator isn't started yet.
Please double check the simulator is started :
If the simulator is correctly running, you should have a Windows command line opened in the background. Please not that device need probably to be compiled to start the simulator.
Then you can continue your Login then Deploy Operation.
If it's not working, can you please send a screenshot with the simulator console?
