I am not sure to understand what you mean by configure UAO devices.
I can answer for Schneider Electric devices i.e. mainly DPAC (ATVd, M580d, M251d, M262d, Soft dPAC) & CRDd (Remote IO). It is part of the Ecostruxure Automation Expert one line user manual. Each have a dedicated section.
May be someone from UAO can answer for partner devices.
