Download Reports

In the Dashboard of the Web Portal, you can download and save two types of asset reports related to your connected Smart-UPS:      The two asset reports available to download are: myInventory: Which includes information on UPS Name, Product ID, Serial Number, Model Name and SKU, SmartConnect Access, IP Address, UPS Status, Firmware Version & Status, Input & Output Voltage, Battery Runtime, Battery Charge, Device Load, Sensitivity, Energy Usage, Battery Number, Battery Replace by date, Warranty Expiry date, Subscription plan, Subscription expiry date, and UPS Description. myRenewals: Which includes informational dates on battery replacement, warranty expiration dates, and subscription expiration dates.

In the Event Log page of the Web Portal, you can download a report of the events that have occurred on your Smart-UPS device for your own record:
