Keep it short→Use 2–3 relevant words, not full sentences
Filters→Narrow results by section(Knowledge Base, Users, Products)

In the "View Alarm Details" display, manually resolve alarms associated with sensor alert thresholds that have Return-to-Normal Requires User Input selected in the Advanced tab.
Alarms that are not associated with a sensor threshold that has Return-to-Normal Requires User Input selected cannot be manually resolved. For more information about the Advanced tab, and other threshold settings, see Create Thresholds under Alarm Configuration.
You can add Optional Comment text before you click OK to resolve the alarm.
