Issue
When attempting to update the firmware on the SP-MRDM module, the update process fails, and the module appears offline with the fault LED activated. A "Module not responding" error message is displayed that indicates the module should be disconnected, and a utility used to restore the firmware.

Cause
The module has lost its firmware during a failed firmware update attempt, leading to the offline status and fault LED activation.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Establish a connection to the SP-C controller using a web browser.
- Force a module update operation from the Application Software tab.
- Note that it may be necessary to check the "Skip Verification" checkbox during the update process.
