Cause
A Continuum Infinet Output created as Elec Type Digital has Format $###, as below
When this is converted to EBO, a Type "BACnet Digital Output (Continuum) binary-output" is created.
Resolution
The Format needs to be modified to ###.### or #.###, as below
The BACnet binary output created in the conversion will now be a "Digital Pulsed Output"
