Cause
According to the documentation, it is not recommended to mix high and low voltage connections on the same side of the device.
Resolution
There must be a minimum distance between terminals connected to High Voltage and terminals connected to Low Voltage of at least 5.5 mm to prevent the chance of voltage creep between the terminals.
