Submit a support request for additional assistance with EcoStruxure IT software.
Select your language from the translate dropdown in the upper right.
On the Reports > Assessments page, you can download the UPS score, UPS load, Alarm report, and Active life span alarms assessments as CSV files, or generate Device Security Assessment or UPS Assessment reports.
Click Download CSV in the assessment tile to save it.
Click Generate report to download a Device Security Assessment or UPS Assessment report.
Note: The UPS Assessment report includes data from both the UPS Score and the UPS Load assessments.
