I have a new Smart-UPS SMT1500IC, with network card 3 AP9640. I try to configure email connection with a gmail.com account. It doesn't work even with settings I use. Some one experience with this?

Your SMTP settings are incorrect along with less secure authentication.

Show me what you have used and entered as the SMTP Settings.
Lastly, it’s imperative that you create a less secure App password via your gmail account:

Based on the two screen captures you have provided. There are important and critical details not enabled, defined, and set.
You can use any email provider it doesn’t have to be gmail. But, basic SMTP understanding of requirements and settings is a must.
A (Less Secure Application Password) is auto generated by whoever is the provider in their email platform. It is (NOT) just a weak password you made up!
Your screen capture shows you did not enter the correct SMTP port whether it be 465 SSL / 587 TLS.
You have not defined a public DNS such as 9.9.9.9 or whoever. Authentication was not enabled. Under the advanced tab you did not enable use TLS / SSL. All of these must be correctly defined and enabled if you expect to see email sent out by the system.
You may refer to this email guide to help set up the less secure application password. Keeping in mind the caveats listed as to (WHY) this option may not be available in your account:
