Altivar inverter and using the display terminal to access simply start

Hi there, trying to use the display terminal to access simply start to adjust max frequency from 60hz to 45hz. 
I have plugged display into the HMI port and have adjusted one machine this morning. I have 3 more to do but I’m trying to access the other 3 altivar machines the simply start menu doesn’t show up? Anyone can help?

Just to add I am missing menu 1, 5, 6. And access level is set to expert.
