Vijeo designer basic 1.1 , is it the latest?

The GXU series we purchased recently when tried to down load the app , shows a pop that Runtime in target is not same as the one getting installed. It continues to download only if the latest run time in target machine is over written. I hope the runtime in the target machine should be the latest. How to retain it? Do we have any service pack for Vijeo Designer Basic??
