The Devices page in IT Expert displays indicators when there is a communication issue between EcoStruxure IT and the Gateway, between the Gateway and the device, or between EcoStruxure IT and the SmartConnect device.

The host device has Gateway Communication Status and Gateway File Transfer Status sensors.
These sensors are displayed for the host device on the device details page in EcoStruxure IT Gateway and on the device details page in IT Expert on the Sensors tab.
- Guest devices do not have Gateway Communication Status or Gateway File Transfer Status sensors.
